Sunday Best ~ Wendy
So, I decided to start a weekly feature. Sundays are a lazy day around Casa de la Cheeky, and I thought instead of racking my foggy brain for something to post relative to my own life, I’d write about a blogger I dig. I chose Wendy for my first Sunday Best because I just got to spend two days with her a week ago, and you know, it wasn’t nearly long enough. Plus, she has a great curvy booty. *giggle* I am crazy about her, and if you aren’t already crazy about her, too, it must be because you haven’t had the opportunity to get to know her yet, so I’ll rectify that right here, real quick.

@ImWendy is one of mah beetches!
Wendy is a single mama from South Carolina. She’s got three adorable little munchkins and she’s been holding it down for them all for about six months on her own, and in that time she’s bought her own place and started a new job that she is kicking ass at! She blogs at Notes from the Sleep Deprived, but she doesn’t have internet at her new home just yet, so she’s only able to blog sporadically. However, she got a new phone that lets her love us all up on Twitter, so be sure to follow @ImWendy to get your share of Tweet Lovin’.
Aside from all that biographical stuff, let me tell you what I know about Wendy. She’s a strong woman; she overcomes whatever obstacles life throws at her with a sense of humor and simple grace. She loves her babies and always puts their well-being first. She can be silly and laugh all night, and she has the sweetest touch of a southern drawl that I can’t help but pick up after a few hours with her. I love her, and I can’t wait to see her again, and fall in love with her all over again. She’s one of mah sistas, forever.
And she totally let me wear her bra. *grin*

Awww! You just made me get all teary eyed and shit! Thanks for saying such sweet things about me! I kind of needed to hear something like that today. I love you too honey. Really can’t wait to see you again! Oh. And you totally rock.
Dude, you totally need to know how amazing a woman you are. I’ll tell you every day if I need to. *grin*
awesome plans babe. our convo last night must have struck a chord in both of us. I was thinking of doing a similar post when I get the net again!
Aaaaand that somehow wound up on the wrong post. stupid phone. *sigh*
LOL it’s ok-I knew what you were talking about, Wendy! I think writing these things help us stay focused and grounded. We deserve happiness. We work hard, we are responsible, we do our best to live right. We are good women.
